•Core Exp. 3 – 5 Yrs. in US IT Domain + Effective Comm Skills (Verbal and Written) with Healthy Relationship Building abilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
Developing relationships with the decision makers amongst the targeted leads.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule qualified meetings.
Lead business meetings, pitches and discussions to increase opportunities for Staffing solutions
Reaching out to the Sr. Management, CxO level and establishing relationship and scheduling phone meetings with them.
Working with and expanding current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
Provide periodic reports to the leadership on business performance, opportunities, risks and market intelligence from the field. 3+ Yrs. Experience with Market – IT Staffing domain
Focused on Direct Client
Should be abled to handle the client during initial stages
Flexible to travel
Candidates with B1/B2 Visa Preferred
Should be able to bring Business on table while joining in – Direct Client Projects (MSA Signed)
