An SOW, Project Based Hiring Services agreement enables the organizations to engage project-based employees, bill based on fixed-price deliverables, and better control project costs. It’s basically the idea of what to get what you pay for. You hire a leader to perform specific, pre-defined, objectives, and you agree in advance on the price for that task.
